We recently had a 15.5kW ducted air conditioning system installed by Tempered Air Solutions, complete with an 8-zone configuration, touchscreen control panel, and mobile app integration - and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
One of the technicians (Mitchell) from Tempered Air Solutions attended my place and carried out 2 Aircon services. One required a major deep clean service. He carried this out efficiently, taking the time to thoroughly clean the system, leave the work area tidy, and ensure everything is reassembled correctly.
I used Tempered Air Solutions on 2 properties. A fully ducted system in my home, and 2 split systems in a rental property. I can 100% recommend these guys. From a quick, comprehensive and competitive quote, through to an easy booking.
Ariel was fantastic. He arrived on time, was courteous and did a great job on installing our split system air conditioner. He tidied up so well you couldn't tell a new air conditioner was installed! Highly recommend him and the team.

Nica the companies 'receptionist' was so professional throughout the process wrt communication, and Ariel who did the initial exploratory service and then installed a new powerboard was friendly, punctual and honest.
The air conditioner installation was done professionally and efficiently. The installer arrived on time and completed the job neatly. The system works perfectly and was tested before they left. Very happy with the service.
